One hundred leaders. One room.
The science of the human element.
On 28 May, the first Immersive Leadership Event filled the Foyer of the historic Pallas in Athens — 100 accomplished executives from leading Greek and multinational companies. They came to see how the brain actually decides, leads, communicates and handles pressure. Now the experience crosses to Cyprus.
EDITION I - FOYER PALLAS, ATHENS
WHAT THE DAY HOLDS
01 . An experiential workshop
-
We unpack what it means to lead with the brain’s wiring rather than against it. You’ll explore what a self-aware leader actually does: how they decide (balancing the rational prefrontal cortex with faster emotional and threat systems), how they behave and perform under pressure, how they negotiate and communicate so the other person stays in trust rather than threat, how resilient they are when plans break, and how much real empathy they bring. And how all of it transfers to the team — because a leader’s regulated state is contagious and sets the psychological safety others perform within. Woven through: the brain is plastic and leadership habits can be rewired, attention is finite and worth protecting, and emotion regulation is a trainable skill, not a fixed trait.
-
We make the science visible. In a live demonstration you’ll see the brain react in real time — how it decides in a crisis, what happens under stress, and how those states quietly steer decision-making, negotiation and communication long before conscious thought catches up. You’ll see the difference between a brain in coherence and one in overwhelm — and why the same person can be brilliant in one state and unrecognisable in the other. Some members of the group will experience a brain scan, turning theory into something the whole room can see for itself.
-
The room itself is part of the method. Edition I brought together senior leaders from across leading Greek and multinational companies, and the exchanges between sessions proved as valuable as the sessions themselves. Networking here is curated, not left to chance: structured introductions and round-table conversation, anchored by the shared language of the day’s science, so connections form around real challenges rather than small talk. There’s a neuroscience to it too — belonging and trust lower the brain’s threat response and open up thinking. You leave with a small circle of leaders who understand your context, and the tools to carry the science back to your own team.
02 . PERSONAL ASSESSMENTS
-
This is where it gets personal. Through validated assessments and guided self-observation, you’ll see which parts of your brain you lean on most when working with others — analysis or emotion, control or connection, speed or deliberation — and what that costs you. You’ll identify your personality and behavioural style, how you handle conflict and influence, and get an honest read on how self-aware you really are: the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you. You leave with a personal map — your strengths, your stress triggers, and a clear starting point for change.
