Registration, Payment & Replacement Policy:

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Since registration packages are purchased by companies, if a registered participant cannot attend, the company may replace them with another professional from the same company at no extra cost.

• All replacement requests must be sent via email to: corporate@selfbalance.gr at least 48 hours before the event.
  
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All sales are final.

• Cancellations between May 19th - May 24th, 2025 (3-9 days before the event): Eligible for a seat replacement, allowing another professional to take original participant’s place.

• If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit for a future event.

• Participants must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

• Mobile devices must be on silent mode during sessions.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant violating these terms without a refund.

• The Leadership Event is exclusively organized and conducted by Self Balance.

• All content, branding, and materials are copyrighted by Self Balance.

• The event may be recorded and photographed for promotional purposes.

• If you do not give consent for photography or video recording, please inform us via email at corporate@selfbalance.gr before May 27th, 2025.

• Self Balance collects and processes personal data in compliance with Greek Law 4624/2019 and GDPR (EU 2016/679).

• Data collected: Name, email, phone number, job title, company details, event attendance records, photographs/videos (unless opted out).

• Data usage: Event organization, communication, promotional purposes (if consent is given).

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Participants can access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting corporate@selfbalance.gr.

• The organizer ensures a safe event environment in accordance with Greek safety regulations.

• The organizer is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen incidents.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, and content.

• These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
